Tonight was honor's night at Kenna's school. She is really doing remarkably well academically. Not that we are surprised, but we are pleased and proud. Tonight she earned High Honors, by performing above grade level in 80% or more of the areas the teacher scores.
Mckenna wanted to dress up, wore a necklace and the pearl earrings Dan gave her for Valentine's day, and was very excited. Dan took her tonight--I took her last time--because, as you can see in the background, I was cooking for our college group.
And there she is! She also earned a month of free lessons through the city, so now she can take gymnastics, which she has wanted to do for a while.
