The First Day of Christmas

I guess it is the first day of Christmas, though I never would have known if this hadn't shown up on our doorstep this morning

The note says: On the First day of Christmas
                        Some Secret Friends gave to me
                        A piece of the Nativity
                        (and also a gift card for some groceries)

Of course the kids are so excited! And part of the fun for me is trying to figure out who it is!
