So often we praise our oldest daughter for her focus as a soccer goalie, her award winning character, her care for her brother and sister, her passion to know Truth, her responsibility for her cat, her bright and curious mind, or her helpfulness.

But may we never neglect the delightful, goofy, fun, and hilarious child she still is.

Our very grown up 8 year old has developed quite the sense of humor. And though she is still figuring out the appropriateness of jokes, we are delighting in her new found take on life.
